It’s not quite the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season yet but the retailers are out in full-force with the Christmas deco! Wal-mart has a tree in the entrance already! Heavens, we just finished Halloween! We have the travelCozy in the local mall and we put red berries around the posts of the kiosk and the mall manager asked us to take it down because she thought it was too “Chritsmasy”. Where is the happy medium?
I love to show off the Cozy when I am there working the mall and watching all the passers-by. Some people say that they have a u-shaped travel pillow already or that they think I am wearing a straight jacket!! But once they sit in the comfy black leather chair and saddle up in a warm TravelCoZy they are hooked and realize they can ‘t live without one! Bring on the Season , I say. Shop till you drop!
One afternoon at the COZYtraveler headquarters we found ourselves creating a list of those who we would like to believe were able to sleep because of the travelCOZY, though we have to admit they probably have not heard of the travelCOZY… at least not yet… the lion in the Tokens hit. The sidewinder in the R.E.M song.The monkey in the Phish song sleeping monkey.The Beatles when they stated; I’m Only Sleeping.We feel Santo and Johnny would have bumped into less furniture while sleeping had they been using the travelCOZY. Additionally we would like to believe that the Beastie Boys had left their travelCOZY’s in Brooklyn.Rumors have it that the both Snow White and Princess Aurora were not under spells but had simply been given a travelCOZY…we have not been able to confirm that one though.Finally we feel that had Sam Baldwin had the travelCOZY the movie would have to be called Sleeping Comfortably in Seattle.
Recently, while manning the travelCOZY booth at the Utah State Fair, the COZYtraveler employees began to notice a common thread that existed among many of those buying the travelCOZY; military men and women! One after another men and woman from the Army and Air Force were purchasing the travelCOZY! When asked about this, a soldier indicated that in the near future he and many of his military friends were being shipped overseas. They all would have to endure a 22 hour flight in a cargo plane. No armrests, no headrests, just benches and their helmets as a pillow. He went on to say that they were a very tight group and when one of his fellow military men bought a COZYtraveler and discovered how comfortable it was, it spread like wildfire! Everyone wanted one!
At travelCOZY we are always looking for ways to give back, so phone calls were made to the local military bases and in less than a week we had supplied the local military branches with enough COZYtravelers to keep the traveling soldiers comfortable for a long time.
We at travelCOZY would like to thank all the men and woman of the Armed Services for doing al they do.
There’s BIG news coming out of the Cozy Traveler office! The travel Cozy will now be available at select Wal-Mart locations! This is very exciting for all of us at Cozy Traveler becuase it allows more people to enjoy our product…and we have to admit; we think our enhanced traveling pillow is pretty great! Since the travel Cozy first became available oline, in travel stores and at many Walgreens locations we have had the goal to sell the travel Cozy at Wal-Mart also. We know there are people out there who either love to travel (or have to travel) who will find the this neck and arm support system beneficial! So with this recent announcement we are very excited!
